Your Mac on your iPad and iPhone with no in-between server
Remote Gaze puts your whole Mac on your iPad or iPhone at Retina resolution, up to 120fps, with touch, trackpad, keyboard and Apple Pencil. Nothing passes through anyone else's server: devices connect directly, end to end encrypted, with per-device keys in the Secure Enclave and Face ID gating. Gaze Host, the free Mac companion, gives a headless Mac mini a display of its own.
Hey, I'm Shannon. I built Remote Gaze because I wanted my Mac mini to be usable from anywhere without a display, and without routing my screen through someone else's cloud. So there is no cloud: your iPad and your Mac talk directly to each other, every connection is encrypted end to end, and away-from-home access expires unless you reconnect at home. It's $4.99, one time, live in the App Store now. Happy to answer questions about the streaming and pairing tech.
