Remo
Real-time Data & AI headlines with an AI companion.
Remo is a free, real-time Data & AI news reader with a built-in AI companion. Live, signal-filtered headlines plus 'Ask Remo' to summarise any story. A product of ShivAI.
I built Remo because keeping up with AI started to feel like a second full‑time job. Every day there are 50+ “breaking” headlines and it’s hard to know what actually matters.
Remo is my attempt to fix that for the community: a free, real‑time Data & AI news reader with an AI companion that can summarise any story and pull out the signal. Right now “Ask Remo” is literally community-funded, I’m running this without a big budget, and Gemini API keys are already expensive. Instead of turning it into a paywalled SaaS, I wanted to make the core experience free and build it in public with people who care about AI.
As I keep iterating, I’d love your feedback on two things:
Is the signal-filtering actually useful for your day-to-day work in Data/AI?
What would make “Ask Remo” indispensable for you (better summaries, implications, watchlists, etc.)?
Thanks for checking out Remo, this is very much a community-first experiment, and I’m excited to see what we can turn it into together

Who hunted Remo?
Remo was hunted by Tripathi Aditya Prakash. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
