We built RememBro AI because most people already live inside WhatsApp—but their reminders, notes, tasks, expenses, and follow-ups are scattered across multiple apps.
Our goal was simple: make productivity feel as easy as sending a message. Instead of asking users to learn a new tool, we brought an AI assistant into the app they use every day.
As the Strategy & Project Management team behind this launch, we focused on identifying real user friction, prioritizing the most valuable workflows, and coordinating execution across product, design, and development. The biggest lesson? Simplicity wins. Users don’t want another dashboard—they want things to work instantly inside their existing habits.
