Hi everyone. I'm Peter, founder of Relaunch.
I built this because I made a mistake that I suspect a lot of people are making right now.
After being laid off, I started using AI to improve my resume. The results looked great. I had better wording, stronger positioning, more keywords. The good news was that I started getting interviews.
The bad news was that I found myself struggling to naturally defend parts of my own resume in those interviews.
That experience led me to a simple question:
What if the real problem isn't getting past the ATS? What if the real problem is understanding whether your experience actually supports the role you're applying for?
Relaunch analyzes your resume against a specific job description, identifies evidence gaps, and helps you prepare for the questions those gaps are likely to generate.
The goal isn't to make resumes sound better.
The goal is to make them more credible.
