Hi Product Hunt! We're the small team behind RekrutacjaAI.
We built this because job hunting is weirdly asymmetric: recruiters spend ~7 seconds per resume, while candidates spend hours sending the same generic CV everywhere — and get filtered out by ATS software before a human ever looks.
So: you upload your resume, paste the job ad, and in ~3 minutes you get a version tailored to that specific offer. Around that core we added a cover letter generator, an interview simulator, an achievement enhancer, a LinkedIn optimizer and a salary calculator. For hiring teams there's the reverse view: upload a stack of CVs, get a ranked shortlist scored on 4 criteria.
A few honest details: it's bootstrapped, built for the Polish job market first (works in English too), priced as a PLN 39 (~$10) 24h pass because most people need it for a burst of applications, not a subscription. CVs are processed in memory and not stored.
