What inspired it: I had $10 left to my name and wanted to build something people would actually talk about.
The idea: everyone has a regret they can't shake. What if you could post it anonymously and let strangers pay to bury it — or pay more to dig it back up? Every move costs 1.5× the last, so a secret turns into a real bidding war.
I built it solo in PHP with no database (just JSON files), no signup, no ads. It's live now.
