reell Focus
One thing at a time. A Pomodoro timer, no subscription.
A calm Pomodoro focus timer with a break that does you good: breathing and short exercises in one ring. No subscription, no account, no ads.
I am Beat, and reell Focus is the first app from my studio, reell.
My problem was never a lack of tools. It was that every focus app wanted more from me than I wanted from it: an account, a subscription, streaks, a whole planning system on top. Focus is hard enough already.
Everything lives in one ring. Drag the ring to set any focus and break ratio, or pick a fixed mode: Pomodoro, Classic, Sequence. Breaks are not empty time, so you can swipe through breathing, neck, shoulder, wrist and eye exercises inside the ring. When something pulls you away, one tap logs it. An optional water ring keeps a rough daily guideline. It all ends up in a heatmap calendar going five years back, with a mood rating and a note per day, and moon phases, because I wanted to know whether they show up in my own data.
An iPhone app you can control from the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, and from your Mac through Continuity. No account, no ads, your data stays on the device. Free for seven days, then a single one time purchase. If you want to try the idea before installing anything, there is a free web timer at reell.ai/en/focus/timer.
I built and shipped this on my own, so I would really like to hear: what pulls you out of focus most often, and would you actually log it?
