RecruitGlance helps recruiting teams move candidates from inbox to shortlist using explainable AI. Recruiters can import applications, define evaluation criteria for each job, rank candidates with evidence-backed scoring, review skill gaps, and search existing talent pools using natural language. AI assists the screening process, but final hiring decisions always remain with humans.
I built RecruitGlance after seeing how much recruiter time is still spent moving CVs between inboxes, job descriptions and shortlists. I wanted to build something that uses AI without turning hiring into a black box. Recruiters define the criteria, every score has supporting evidence, and no candidate is automatically rejected by AI. I’d especially love feedback from recruiters and HR-tech builders on the inbox-to-shortlist workflow and ATS integration direction.
