Reck Connect
AI coding that never stops
Reck Connect moves your CLI coding agents off your fragile laptop. An always-on Desktop runs every Claude Code / Codex pane; your laptop is just a thin viewport over Tailscale. Close your laptop, and your agents keep running. A stoplight per pane shows which one needs you without overloading information, and you keep control over your workspace by organizing it neatly.
As we started moving our work into Claude Code and Codex, we became increasingly excited. Work gets done faster, and the agent is good company... so we gave it more. Three agents, then five. Life was good. Until I closed my laptop and went on the train, the coding stopped. I found myself alt-tabbing between six terminals, trying to remember which agent is waiting on me. This led to the realization that the terminal is the right shape, but the laptop is in the wrong place.
That is when the idea was born. Two machines connected as one. The station is your always-on desktop (a Studio, a Mini, a spare MacBook on a shelf). It runs your coding agents. The satellite is a thin desktop app on your laptop. It connects over your tailnet and renders every pane live, giving you all the flexibility of terminal AI coding without being stuck to your laptop.
