We wanted to build an AI receptionist that feels natural—not robotic. Instead of just taking messages, Receptico answers calls 24/7, books appointments, qualifies leads, answers business-specific questions, and transfers urgent calls when needed.
Throughout development, our biggest focus was creating conversations that sound human while keeping setup simple enough that any small business owner can get started quickly.
