RealGoals
Goal scheduling that spots burnout before you do
Meet Pace, your personal AI scheduler. A new goal or the routine you already keep: Pace holds it on your calendar, adjusts week by week to what actually happened, and helps prevent burnout before you notice it
Hi! I built this smart scheduler for myself because I found the planning and long term scheduling of goals I want to achieve tedious.
Trying to put the milestones I wanted to achieve into my calendar and planning around everything that was already taking up time often failed when I missed a session of the plan and had to move the events by hand, leaving enough gaps between events, thinking if I'll have enough energy...
Pace, the character in the app, reads your calendars, leaves room around what is already there, and books the sessions in the times that really work for you. Then it adapts: slipping sessions move, a heavy week lightens the next, a run of good weeks can raise the load, and it plans around patterns you would not spot yourself.
Approval of new schedules is manual for now, but I am looking into making it more autonomous over time, and I am constantly improving the app based on user feedback and reported bugs.
Currently it's web-based, with two-way sync for Google Calendar and read access for Outlook and Apple Calendar. Android and iOS apps with native calendar support coming at the start of October.

Who hunted RealGoals?
RealGoals was hunted by Lukas Baranovas. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
