I built reAItro because remote retrospectives kept failing the same two ways:
The room goes quiet. On video, people don't interrupt, juniors stay
silent, and the same two voices fill the gap.
The facilitator does homework. After the call you're left re-typing
sticky notes into a summary and chasing action items.
reAItro is my attempt to fix both:
🎮 Team games - five live, AI-powered mini-games (Doodle Quest, Trivia
Race, Emoji Tales, Two Truths & a Lie, Meeting Roulette). Drop one in for two
minutes and a quiet room warms up fast.
✨ AI that does the busywork - it clusters the feedback into themes,
writes the summary, and pulls out SMART action items before the call ends.
⚡ Real-time + async - sticky notes sync live; async boards stay open for
days so distributed teams across timezones can all contribute.
🧩 26+ templates + an AI generator that builds a custom board from one
sentence ("a launch-week retro with a wrestling theme").
It's free, no credit card, and people can join a board as a guest with
just a name - no account needed.
