I built a scanner that checks whether ChatGPT recommends your site. While testing
it on my own product, I realized something that bugged me for weeks: **I had no
idea which AI bots were reading my site.** Google Analytics shows humans — AI
crawlers don't run JavaScript, so they're invisible in literally every tool.
So I built the missing half. One 2-minute snippet (Next.js / Cloudflare / Express)
and you get a live feed: which bot, which page, when, how many bytes. Every bot
labelled by what its visit MEANS — training (taking your content), search-index
(future visibility), or **live user request — meaning a real person is asking
ChatGPT about you at that moment.**
The part I'm proudest of: press "Test connection" and we request your site as
GPTBot and confirm your snippet reports it back. No "probably installed" — proven
live, or troubleshooting steps.
