Hi Product Hunt! I'm Alexander, the author of Reamp. We launched here in 2021 as a simple Mac player that could load classic Winamp skins. Since then I've rebuilt almost everything, and today I'm launching Reamp 2.0. What's new: Winamp Modern (.wal) skins alongside Classic (.wsz) Advanced Visualizer Studio, a port of the AVS engine running on Metal A completely new media library with smart playlists, duplicate finder and folder watching Audiobooks, podcasts and online radio Video playback Media library sync to flash drives and players For audiophiles Hi-res playback at the file's native sample rate, DSD over DoP (with automatic PCM fallback when your DAC doesn't support the rate), exclusive mode, crossfade, volume normalization and several equalizer types. Reamp is a universal build, runs on macOS 10.14 and later, and Intel Macs are still supported. I'd love to hear which formats, skins or features you'd like to see next. Thanks for stopping by!
