Fast forward to today: after conversations with more than 1,500 RevOps professionals, we saw that manual follow-ups were only a fraction of this problem. The much larger issue is that RevOps as a function is tasked with an impossible job – to do operational day-to-day work and also contribute to big-picture strategic work.
