Hey Product Hunt,
We're two 18-year-old developers, and we built
Ratit because we noticed something about the
social apps we already use every day: posting
feels harder than it should. Everything's about
the perfect photo, the perfect caption, the
highlight reel. So a lot of moments just never
get posted at all.
Ratit is built to be simple. You post something,
and the community rates it 1 to 5 stars. That's
it. No pressure to make it perfect, just share
what's actually happening. You can follow
friends, go head-to-head in rating battles, and
climb global and country leaderboards.
Even with a small early community, people are
already posting and rating a lot — over 500 posts
and 4,000+ ratings given so far. That tells us
the core loop actually works, and we're excited
to grow it from here.
We're still early and building this ourselves, so
honest feedback (good or bad) means a lot to us.
