ratio - performance data on demand
The first conversational marketing analytics tool
Most marketing tools give you a dashboard and call it an answer. ratio gives you the answer. Built from years working with & inside agencies and global corporations - for the people with the questions but no access to the ad accounts. What makes it stand out: one metric definition for the whole team. Your expert defines it once, everyone else gets that same governed number on demand, no three filters, dashboards or Slack threads. Meta, Google Ads, Sheets, CSV in one place - and more to come!
Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Lukasz, one of founders behind ratio. For years I was the human API for data on my team. Not in my job description, but that's what it became.
People kept coming to me with "quick questions" about campaign performance - how did this perform, what's the CPA on that, can you pull last week's numbers. Simple questions. Just not simple to answer. And my Slack slowly turned into a ticket system for them. The frustrating part: the answers already existed. We had dashboards. Nobody used them. They'd screenshot one chart and DM me for the real number anyway. So the data sat there, technically accessible, practically locked behind one person: me.
At some point the question stopped being "how do I answer faster" and became "how do I open the access." The data should be reachable by everyone on the team, not routed through whoever happens to know where it lives. That's what ratio is. You ask in plain language, you get a trusted, governed answer - no dashboard to learn, no analyst to wait on.
The piece that mattered most to me: the people who own the data define each metric once, and everyone else gets that same number on demand. The access opens without losing control of what's correct. What changed while building: I assumed the main user would be the junior marketer who doesn't speak SQL. The people running real budgets turned out to have the sharpest pain - they were the ones being asked, or the ones waiting. So we built for them first, and the rest of the team inherits their definitions. It connects to Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Sheets and CSV today, with more coming. If your Slack is also someone's reporting hotline - or you're the one it routes to - I'd like to hear how it shows up for you.
We're here all day.
