I launched Quiz8 here about a year ago. Since then, people have created 3,549 games—and their feedback made one problem obvious: the first version worked, but it still felt more like a form than a real quiz night.
So I rebuilt it around the moment a group starts playing:

I’m still a solo maker, and discovery is the part I haven’t solved. If you try it, I’d love blunt feedback on two things:
1. Can you start a game without instructions? 2. Does it feel ready for friends, a classroom, or a team event?
