Quidly came out of one question I got tired of not being able to answer quickly: where did the money actually go this month? So it asks for nothing to get started. No account, no sign-up, no bank connection, and no server for anything to be sent to. You type the amount, tap a category, and the month adds itself up. Subscriptions, bills and income sit alongside the spending, so nothing is missing from the total. It is free on iPhone. Budgets are part of Pro. Tell me what you would want it to do that it does not.
