Quicktion started in 2023 as a Gmail add-on that saved emails to Notion. It now saves to Notion, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Airtable, Linear and Trello, and every destination gets its own forwarding address, so emails from Outlook, Apple Mail or anywhere else file themselves on arrival. On Pro, write a prompt and the AI pulls the fields you want out of the body and any attached PDFs. Invoice numbers, totals, dates, whatever you asked for.
Hey Product Hunt,
I launched Quicktion here in 2023. Back then it was a Gmail add-on that saved emails to Notion, and that was the whole product.
Three years of user email later it's a different thing. Six destinations now: Notion, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Airtable, Linear and Trello. And a second way in that I didn't have before, where every destination gets its own forwarding address, so you set one filter and emails file themselves. That works from Outlook, Apple Mail, or anything that can forward, which turned out to matter more than I expected.
The piece I'm happiest with is the parsing. On Pro you write a prompt like "pull the invoice number, the total and the due date" and it fills those fields on every email that lands. It reads attached PDFs too, so receipts work without you opening them.
Most people use it for one of four things: receipts into a spreadsheet, leads into a CRM they built themselves, client emails onto a project board, or a PDF archive in Drive for their accountant.
