Hello Product Hunt! I created Quickstave because I'm a composer, and I really wanted the experience of a Sibelius/Figma product. To be able to continuously compose moving from phone to PC to tablet instantly.

So all my design decisions were about making sure it feels great on desktop as well as mobile, and you don't notice a massive jarring difference when moving from one to the other.

The other problem I really wanted to solve was to be able to scan printed music on the go, while at my choir. Import a score directly into my phone, edit it and print it at home in a new key (for example).

I made the editor essentially free. All the creation features, discovery, OMR, are free, no Pro gating on number of scores, staves, instruments, etc. Instead you only pay if you want to export from the software (or print without a watermark). That way, you know exactly what you will get.

I've written several pieces in my own software and I love it, so my target audience of one is very satisfied. Hopefully you'll love it too!
