Quickler
WhatsApp compliance reports for UK trades. No app needed.
Most compliance apps charge per seat and need training. Quickler works differently. You describe the inspection in plain English. Quickler builds the WhatsApp workflow. Engineers answer questions on their phone as they work. Photos, signatures, fault codes all collected in sequence. PDF lands in the client's inbox before the van leaves the site. Built for UK electricians, gas engineers, van fleets and construction firms. No app to install. No per-user fee. Free trial, no card required.
I built Quickler after watching field engineers spend their evenings writing up site visits they had already done on paper during the day. The same job done twice.
The insight was simple: engineers already have WhatsApp open all day. If compliance questions came through there, they would just answer them on site instead of filling in a form later. No new app, no login to remember, no training required.
Quickler sends structured questions to engineers via WhatsApp. They reply with text, photos, and voice notes on site. Quickler turns those replies into a timestamped PDF report or dashboard record automatically.
It covers EICRs, CP12 gas safety certificates, daily van checks, site safety inspections, and any field compliance workflow a firm repeats regularly. Pricing is per firm, not per seat, which matters for trades businesses with a lot of field staff.
Happy to answer any questions about the approach.

Who hunted Quickler?
Quickler was hunted by Philip Ross. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
