Hey Product Hunt, I'm Kulraj, one of the co-founders of QualiaBits.
Indian call centers run on millions of calls a day. Most QA teams can only listen to about 2% of them, and the rest just disappear. I wanted to see what a call center looks like when AI is part of the floor, not a bolt-on bot.
So we built Qualia Commons:

We're not trying to sell a voice bot. We care about outcomes: calls answered, calls audited, leads followed up.
Honest status: we're live in paid pilots across 3 BPO floors in India, about 1,150 seats. Still early, still learning every day.
