QRToolCraft
Free, permanent QR Codes
Everything runs client-side: your text, URL, and any logo image are encoded directly in the browser and never touch a server — nothing uploaded, logged, or stored. Add a logo and error correction automatically jumps to level H so the code still scans with the center covered. No accounts, no email gate, no ads. Most free QR generators either push you toward paid "dynamic" codes or quietly collect data in exchange for "free" — this one just doesn't.

Hey Product Hunt People 👋 This one started as a small project when a coworker asked if I could help her get a QR Code that wouldn't expire, then I realized I actually wanted the tool for myself. Most free QR generators either push you toward a "dynamic" code (which routes through their server and can quietly stop working or get paywalled later) or ask for an account before you can download anything. I wanted something that just worked: type a URL, get a QR code, done — with nothing uploaded or stored anywhere. The trickiest part turned out to be the logo overlay feature. Covering the center of a QR code with a logo can break scannability if you're not careful, so the tool automatically bumps the error correction up to the highest level whenever a logo is added, which rebuilds enough of the missing data to keep it scannable. Everything runs client-side in the browser — no server involved, no data collection. Would love to hear what you think, and happy to answer any questions about how it's built.
