Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built Qlaap because I kept seeing small businesses juggling bookings through WhatsApp, Instagram, spreadsheets and different tools, while still dealing with cancellations and empty slots. Qlaap brings bookings, customers, messages and availability into one simple place, with features like waitlists and Smart Fill to help turn cancellations into new bookings. The goal was to keep it simple enough for a small business to start using quickly, without the complexity or cost of larger booking platforms.
