The idea came from a simple observation: millions of salons, barbershops, spas, and tattoo studios already run their businesses through WhatsApp, but they're still handling bookings manually. That leads to missed appointments, slow responses, and hours spent replying to the same questions.
QKAT transforms a business's existing WhatsApp into an AI-powered assistant that can answer customers, book appointments, send reminders, accept secure payments, and help manage the business, all without customers downloading another app.
Our goal isn't to replace the way businesses work; it's to make the tools they already use much more powerful.
We're launching with support for grooming businesses first, with plans to expand to more service industries in the future.
