I’m Franziska, and I work on Qisutu. We built Qisutu because many organizations need a professional service desk that runs entirely on their own infrastructure and keeps ticket, customer and configuration data under their control.
Qisutu combines ticketing, IT service management and process automation in one self-hosted platform. Version 1.0.3 is production-ready, fully open source under the AGPL and available in eleven interface languages.
