PunchPage shares a web app running on your machine through a plain browser URL. The visitor's browser connects straight to your machine over WebRTC, so no relay server carries the traffic. There is no account and no quota. Run punch 3000 and send the link. Uploads, cookies, SSE and WebSockets all work through the tunnel. Written in Go, MIT licensed.
I kept reaching for ngrok just to show someone a page running on my laptop. That means signing in and sending my traffic through someone else's server.
PunchPage does the same job without the middle. You run punch 3000 and send the link it prints. The other person's browser connects straight to your machine over WebRTC, the traffic is encrypted end to end, and the link stops working when you stop the process.
It will not replace ngrok for webhooks or anything that needs a public URL, since nothing is listening on the internet.
