PulseWave: Breathwork & Sleep

A 30-second reset before your next meeting

The meeting starts in two minutes. Open PulseWave, choose 30 seconds, follow one visible rhythm, and stop when the timer ends. Longer breathing sessions, sleep routines, journaling and a live sound studio are there when you want them. No named account is required; journal and mood entries stay on device by default, with cloud sync only after separate consent. PulseWave is a general wellbeing tool, not medical treatment.

Top comment

Hi Product Hunt. Six months ago I came back to coding after a long detour through finance. PulseWave began with an annoyance I kept having: the moment I wanted a short pause was often the moment a meditation app felt like one more task. The first interaction is 30 seconds. Pick the duration, follow the rhythm on screen, and it stops when it said it would. That's the Guided Reset in the gallery. There are longer breathing sessions and sleep sounds too. I'm not sure that helps the first impression. It may make the app harder to place. I kept the claims non-medical. PulseWave is a wellness app, not treatment or crisis support. A privacy detail is worth spelling out too: no named account is required. Journal and mood entries stay on the device by default; cloud sync needs separate consent. PulseWave still uses an anonymous Firebase identity and RevenueCat for account and subscription functions, so I'm not calling it "no data collected." What do you see first: a quick reset, breathwork or a sleep app? A blunt answer is useful.
