I am trying to solve two type of users:
1. One, who do not want to invest into costly smart watches or don't like to wear one but wish to track their heart health and HRV to train right.
2. Second, who owns a smartwatch but not able to make sense of their health metric.
We built a PPG based on iphone camera and flash and augmented it with an AI assistant to make sense of it.
