Pully - Gym Log & Tracker
Workout & Strength Training
Most gym trackers are built around logging random workouts. Pully is built around your training plan. Set up your full program - number of week, PPL, 5/3/1, Upper/Lower, or any custom split. Add exercises with target sets, reps, rest times, and grip variants. Then execute it: auto-filled weights from your last session, rest timer, RIR tracking. After each workout, see week-over-week volume deltas and automatic PR detection. Free on iOS. Premium unlocks charts and advanced stats.
Hey PH - Kuba here, solo builder behind Pully.
I've been lifting for a few years and tracking everything in a mix of apps and spreadsheets. The apps were great for quick logging but couldn't handle the structure of a real training plan - no multi-week cycles, no day-by-day programming, no way to say "this is Push day with these exact exercises in this order." The spreadsheet tracked everything perfectly but had no timer, no auto-fill, no way to log between sets without unlocking my phone and scrolling through a tiny grid. And switching between the two mid-workout was the worst part - copy the weight from the app, open the sheet, find the right cell, type it in, go back to the app for the next set.
That gap is what made me build Pully. The core idea: your training plan (instead of a single training session) is the center of everything, not an afterthought.
Here's what that means in practice:
- You build your full program inside the app: days, exercises, target sets/reps, rest times, grip variants, plan length in weeks, and progression type (linear, wave, deload cycles)
- When you start a workout, the app knows which day you're on and what you should be doing
- Weights auto-fill from your last session - you confirm or adjust, that's the "2 taps"
- After each session, you get a comparison: volume up or down, any new PRs, how this week stacks against last week
The variant tracking is the feature I'm most proud of. If you bench with a close grip and a wide grip, those are tracked separately with their own progression history. No other tracker I've tried does this well.
What's free: full logging, plan builder, templates, rest timer, CSV/JSON export. Premium ($24.99/year) adds progression chart,, PR tracking, and supersets, ulimited plans, measurements with progression tracking.
I built this with SwiftUI and SwiftData, offline-first with cloud sync (iOS only atm). Ships in English and Polish.
Would love feedback from anyone who trains with a structured program. What does your current tracker get wrong?
