I'm Ed, the founder of Psych-Fit.
Over the past few years I've watched hiring become increasingly difficult for SMEs. Employers receive hundreds of applications for a single role, while candidates optimise Resumes/CVs to satisfy keyword-based screening systems. As application volumes continue to rise, it's becoming harder not easier to identify who is genuinely the right fit.
Throughout my career in recruitment and business transformation, I repeatedly saw capable people overlooked because hiring decisions were based primarily on CVs rather than evidence of how well someone would actually perform in the role.
As an Organisational Psychologist, I wanted to approach hiring differently.
That's why I built Psych-Fit.
Instead of asking employers to screen hundreds of CVs, Psych-Fit places a short, structured assessment at the beginning of the hiring process. In around 5 minutes, candidates complete assessments designed to measure:
