prtcl: health protocol tracker
Stop guessing what works. Find the signals in your data.
Built to make following health protocols easier. you can have multiple protocols, adapt some of the ones included, or create your own from scratch. You can also track your markers, blood pressure, symptoms and heart rate are included, but it's flexible enough to create anything you want. The app will work out which of your protocols improve your markers, and give you correlations. See exactly which steps work for you, rather than relying on statistics. Data is completely offline and private.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Daf, solo dev behind prtcl. Quick story on why this exists.
A couple of years ago I strarted getting into health and longevity.
The problem wasn't finding protocols. The problem was that I had no idea which of them were actually doing anything.
Every habit tracker I tried made it worse. Red streaks the moment I skipped a day, dopamine-hit gamification, "you broke your 47-day streak" notifications that made me feel like I'd failed at being a person. None of them connected what I was doing to what was changing in my bloodwork or wearables.
So I built prtcl which is more a lab notebook, not drill sergeant:
🧪 Fork curated protocols from the longevity space, or build your own from scratch
📊 Log adherence with weighted scoring (not every step matters equally)
📈 Track markers that matter to you: sleep, HRV, lipids, symptoms, whatever
🔍 Correlations engine surfaces which steps are actually moving which markers
🔒 Offline, no account, data stays on your device
❌ No streaks. No red failure states. No guilt.
It's iOS first because that's where the biohacker crowd lives. Android will come if there's appetite.
I'd genuinely love feedback.
I built what worked for me and others I'm close to, It's flexible and powerful.
I'm keen to hear if i did miss anything, if you want any particular health protocols tracked, or markers supported.
