I am super excited to share with you Props! Short for prompt operations we are aiming to simplify and remove the barriers for companies to work with AI and add it to their products.
WHAT IS PROPS AI?
Props is a developer tool that allows you to create complex backends that integrate with AI models and use them within your application with copy and paste code.
MOTIVATION
As I set off to start building all the side projects I could think of with the newly released Open AI API I was confronted with a steep learning curve and implementing the same things over and over again that had no value to my specific use case.
Why was there not a way to automate away all of the boilerplate, prompt management, formatting outputs, validating those outputs, caching, automatic retries and many other problems?
That is how Props was born. So when I have a new idea that I want to try out with AI, I can simply write my prompt, adjust the model parameters and have a single API call to make with no dependencies.
