I'm a freelancer and I built ProposalForge because I was tired of Google Docs proposals looking amateur and every SaaS alternative charging $20-50/month for what's essentially a PDF template.
The whole thing is one HTML file β 30KB, no frameworks, no dependencies. The CSS uses custom properties for the 3-template theming system, the PDF export is just a well-crafted @media print stylesheet, and localStorage handles draft persistence.
I'd love feedback from other freelancers and indie makers here:
