Hi Product Hunt! I built Proportio because every face-rating app I tried scored features one at a time: a number for your eyes, a number for your jaw. But nobody sees a face that way.
Proportio measures 20 proportions from a front and a side photo, then looks at how they work together: whether your features agree on a soft or a sharp look, whether one pulls the rest down, and whether your face reads the same from the front and in profile.
A few things I cared about:
• Privacy: your photos are analyzed in your browser and never uploaded.
• Honest scoring: the ranges come from 102 faces rated by 2,513 people, not the golden ratio (the research doesn't support it).
• Useful results: every measurement explains what it means, why yours reads that way and what you can do, from brows and glasses to skincare and posture, and says when something is bone and won't change.
It's for adults 18+. I'd love your feedback on the results and the advice, and on anything that felt off.
