Hi PH,
Propimap started because real estate agents where I live (Argentina) run their whole business off WhatsApp and Instagram — they send buyers to the big listing portals, which then sell that buyer's attention to the agent's competitors. So I built them their own site.
The part that ate most of my time isn't the real estate — it's the multi-tenancy. Every agent can point their own domain at Propimap, and the Cloudflare-for-SaaS custom hostname + cert gets provisioned automatically at signup. Routing and auth both branch per-request on subdomain vs custom domain. 5 tenants are live on their own domains today; 216 on subdomains.
Other bits I'd happily nerd out about: PostGIS map search, Gemini filling structured fields from a free-text description, importing a listing by pasting a ZonaProp/MercadoLibre URL (which needed a residential proxy — Cloudflare blocks the VPS datacenter IP), and dual billing (MercadoPago for Argentina, Creem everywhere else).
