I built PropertyFrame after watching agents market a listing across four disconnected tools: a site builder for the page, Canva for the flyer, a QR generator for the yard sign, and nothing at all for measuring whether any of it worked. PropertyFrame takes the listing data once and produces all of it: A single-property website at a clean address URL (/412-juniper-hollow-lane), in one of three themes that are designed by our team. Sections render only when their data exists, so a sparse listing still looks finished. Gallery with lightbox, video and 3D tour embeds, full fact sheet, map, mortgage estimator, agent profile. A print-ready PDF flyer generated from the same data, with a QR code back to the live page. Buyers can download it from the page. A QR code in screen and print sizes, for yard signs and sign-in sheets. Open Graph and Twitter cards, so every text and post shows the cover photo, address, and price. Two things agents asked for that shaped the build: A price gate. Toggle it per listing and visitors leave a name and email to see the price. The flyer and the social preview respect the gate, so the price does not leak around it. Per-listing analytics. Views, unique visitors (a daily-rotating anonymous hash, no cookies), the 30-day chart, and traffic sources so you can walk into a listing appointment and show the seller how many buyers looked at their home this week. Your own visits are never counted. Also in there: an open-house sign-in kiosk that replaces the paper sheet and drops guests into the inquiry inbox, a 1-click import that reads a realtor.com (and realtor.ca) link and fills in the draft. I would appreciate any feedback on the tool or from agents on what features could be built on top of it.
