Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Bernardo, a solo developer from Spain — and honestly, "developer" is a stretch: Promptnomicon is the first thing I've ever built and shipped. I've served in the Spanish Air Force since 1994, and I built this in my own time, learning to code along the way.
The idea came from my own frustration: I love creating AI art, but I kept getting mediocre results because writing good prompts is genuinely hard — and what works for Midjourney doesn't work for Stable Diffusion or Flux. Each model has its own quirks, syntax, and sweet spots.
So I built the tool I wanted: you describe your idea in plain words, choose your target model, and Promptnomicon crafts a detailed, structured prompt optimized for that specific model. There's also an "Arcane mode" for darker, eldritch-flavored art (the whole app has a grimoire aesthetic — hence the name).
Tech stack for the curious: Next.js 15, MongoDB, Stripe, and Claude + Mistral via OpenRouter, deployed on Railway.
