I built Promptive Sentry because I kept losing context mid-conversation across ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini — switching tabs, restarting threads, re-explaining the same thing three times a day. As a PM working with AI tools constantly, that friction was small but constant, and it added up.
It started as a simple context-saving tool. Along the way, two more problems kept showing up: not knowing how many tokens I was about to send, and rewriting the same rough prompt five times before it actually worked. So Token Counter and Prompt Enhancer got added — not because I planned a "suite," but because each one solved a real annoyance I hit myself, almost daily.
It's grown organically to 15,000+ users across 60+ countries without any paid marketing — mostly word of mouth and one lucky viral moment. No signup walls, nothing stored — everything processes transiently and disappears once you're done, which matters a lot to me personally.
