Projects2Jobs AI
Build the projects that get you hired.
Most career tools just polish the resume you already have. Projects2Jobs fixes what's actually missing: proof. Upload your resume, pick a target tech role, and get a 0-100 readiness score showing your exact gaps. AI then recommends portfolio projects that close them, each with build steps. Finished projects auto-generate resume bullets, a GitHub README, a shareable readiness badge, and interview prep. Go from "not enough experience" to interview-ready.
Projects2Jobs started with a painful realization from my own job hunt: the fastest way to prove you can do a job is to build the projects that show it. The problem is that everyone says "build projects" and nobody tells you which ones. So I built to-do apps and tutorial clones, sent out applications into the void, and had no idea what was actually missing.
What finally worked wasn't another resume rewrite. It was building the right projects, the specific ones that proved I could do the role I was aiming for. Once my portfolio showed real proof, the callbacks started and I landed my dream job at an AI Cybersecurity Startup. I built this so nobody else has to spend a year guessing like I did.
How it works: you pick the exact tech role you want and upload your resume. The app reads it the way a recruiter would and pulls out your real skills and experience. Then you get a 0 to 100 readiness score and a letter grade for that role, with your strengths up top and the exact skills you can't prove yet called out as gaps.
Then the score starts climbing. The AI recommends portfolio projects ranked by hiring impact, each with a step-by-step build checklist, a time estimate, and stretch goals you can track to completion. As you finish them, your gaps turn green and you literally watch yourself become hireable. My favorite thing from testing: people stop applying blindly and start building with intent, because for the first time they can see what's between them and the offer.
The part I'm proudest of: nothing you build is wasted. Every finished project turns straight into application material:
📝 Resume bullets, written for you, ready to paste 🐙 A polished GitHub README so the project actually reads well to a recruiter 🎤 Interview talking points, plus mock interview practice based on your real projects 📊 A job tracker that follows every application from applied to offer There are also 100+ prebuilt roadmaps across a bunch of role families if you want to browse before you sign up, or you can add your own custom role in seconds.
I'd genuinely love your feedback, especially from anyone who's broken into tech recently, people who hire and review portfolios, and career switchers in the middle of it right now. What's the one project that made a candidate stand out to you? What role should I add a roadmap for next?
