I built Print Labels From Excel because a simple spreadsheet-to-label job often turns into a Word mail merge, extra setup, formatting surprises and unnecessary handling of the source data.
This tool works differently. Your Excel, CSV or Numbers file is read inside the browser tab, and the label PDF is built there too. Nothing is uploaded to a server, there is no account, and users can verify the privacy model themselves with the browser’s network inspector.
The workflow is intentionally practical: choose the spreadsheet, arrange the label, pick one of 55 supported sheet or roll formats, preview it and download a print-ready PDF.
It also handles the problems that usually appear only after people start printing: partly used sheets, printer alignment offsets, leading-zero ZIP codes, barcode and QR labels, thermal rolls and Amazon FNSKU labels.
I’d especially appreciate feedback from people who print address, inventory, barcode, shipping or product labels and care about keeping spreadsheet data local.
