I built Price & Promotion Scenario Planner for small business owners who need a quick, practical way to think through discounts before running a promotion.
The workbook focuses on a small set of inputs: regular price, variable cost, discount, planned units, and promotion cost. It then shows the effect on price, unit profit, planned profit, and margin in one offline Excel file.
I kept this version intentionally simple and self-contained. It uses synthetic examples, does not require an account or subscription, and leaves platform fees and taxes for the user to add when relevant.
I would especially value feedback on whether the inputs and outputs are clear enough for a first-time business owner.
