I’m a PPM Director. I’ve spent years managing portfolios, reviewing project status, preparing reports and trying to get a reliable picture of what’s really happening across projects.
I wanted something simpler.
Something practical.
And because our organization already worked in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. I didn’t want another PPM platform, another database or another ecosystem to manage.
So I built PPM Compass for my own needs.
Now I’m making it available to other PMOs facing the same challenges.
