PostureRadar

Read-only AWS scans. Findings by email. No dashboard.

PostureRadar assumes a read-only IAM role you deploy (CloudFormation, List/Get/Describe only), scans every enabled AWS region, and emails a findings report. Self-Serve is $39 per account per month, weekly. Most findings include console steps and a CLI command. Managed is $249, monthly, with a person reviewing the report. No agent, no write access, no dashboard. Cancel anytime. Read the role template before you deploy anything.

I’m Josh. I built this because I kept enabling Security Hub, paying Config, and never opening the console — or cron-ing Prowler and forgetting the HTML file. The product is the email. You deploy one read-only role; we scan all enabled regions; you get a report. The CloudFormation template is public if you want to read the IAM before signing up. Happy to answer questions about the checks or the role. What’s the AWS security setup you actually use today?

Who hunted PostureRadar?

PostureRadar was hunted by Josh Kearney. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
