Postmerge
Personalized mail merge that lives inside Gmail
Paste a CSV. Write one email with {{firstName}} variables. Send hundreds. Each one personal, from your real Gmail address. No tracking, no relays, no separate dashboard. A Chrome extension that lives in your Gmail compose window. Try free for 7 days.
Hey hunters 👋
I built Postmerge because I kept needing to send the same email to 30+ people slightly personalized.
So Postmerge is an extension that adds a "Mail Merge" button to Gmail's compose window. Paste a list of recipients (CSV, Sheets range, or just emails and it auto-detects), write your email once with {{firstName}}-style variables, hit send. Each one goes from your real Gmail address, lands in your real Sent folder, and looks like an email a human wrote.
What it doesn't do:
• No tracking pixels - no opens, no clicks
• No data sent to my servers other than your subscription status
• No relay - sends through the Gmail API directly from your browser
• No "sent via Postmerge" suffix
$15/month after a 7-day free trial. Polar handles billing.
Would love your feedback. What's missing, what's confusing, what'd make it stick. Reply and I'll get back today.
Best,
Clinton
