👋 Hey Everyone I’m the maker of PostDrop — a simple backend for website forms. I built PostDrop because adding a basic form to a static website shouldn’t mean setting up a server, building API endpoints, handling submissions, and worrying about spam. The idea is simple: connect your form to PostDrop and let us handle the backend. It works with plain HTML, React, Next.js, and other web stacks, without requiring you to build your own form API. This is our second Product Hunt launch, and a lot has changed since the first one. We’ve been improving the dashboard, form handling, spam protection, allowed domains, and overall developer experience based on what we’ve learned from early users. I’d love for you to try it and tell me what you think. What would you want from a form backend that PostDrop doesn't have yet? Thanks for checking out PostDrop!

PostDrop was hunted by Mayank Joshi. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
