Hey Product Hunt, Tyler here. I ran a pool service company in Arizona for five years. Grew it to 300 accounts and 7 trucks, then sold it. The thing that grew it wasn't route software. It was answering every lead, following up every quote, and asking every customer for a review. And I was terrible at all three, because I was in a backyard with a vacuum. After the sale I built PoolCRM, set up the way a pool company actually runs. Missed calls get texted back in seconds. Quotes get followed up on their own. Every finished job asks for a review, once. It's for one to ten truck pool companies. Not for builders, not for anyone shopping for route optimization. Keep Skimmer for that. This fills the route. Happy to answer anything about pool service, selling a service company, or what I'd do differently in year one.
