Over the past year we went back through roughly two thousand support conversations with trainers and facilitators, and one sentence kept coming back: "I always start from a blank page." Not because they lack material. They have the deck, the notes, the intent. What they don't have is the two or three hours it takes to turn that into a session people actually take part in.
So we built Pollen Create, an AI training assistant that lives inside Beekast.
You give it an intention — "45-minute onboarding for 15 new managers, role-play heavy" — or you drop in the PDF you already have. In under a minute you get a complete session: structure, timings, and interactive activities chosen for that context. Then you change whatever you want.

2. It explains itself. Pollen tells you why it put a ranking where you expected a poll. We wanted something closer to a coach than a generator, and every block stays yours to edit. It designs, you facilitate.
