Pokor
Planning Poker for Jira, Notion, GitHub & Remote Scrum Teams
Real-time planning poker built around the tools your team already uses. Import stories from Jira, Notion, or GitHub in one click. Estimate together - sync or async across timezones. Finalized points sync back automatically. Run sessions from Slack or Discord with /pokor. Voters and spectators are free forever - only the organizer pays. No sign-up to join, no copy-paste, no anchoring bias.
Honestly, I built Pokor for my own team first. We'd been bouncing between planning poker tools for months and every single one had something that didn't quite fit - one capped us at 5 voters on the free plan, another wanted to charge per seat for a 30-minute weekly ceremony, a third had no Jira integration, a fourth had Jira but no async mode for our teammates in other timezones. Decks weren't customizable, sessions disappeared if you closed the tab, and exports were a paywall away. We kept compromising.
So I started building the version we actually wanted:
Connect Jira, Notion, or GitHub once - your backlog shows up, no copy-paste.
Vote live, or async with per-story windows, auto-reveal, and Slack/Discord nudges.
Final points sync back to the source automatically (story points in Jira, labels in GitHub, properties in Notion).
Custom decks, custom timers, custom everything - bring your own scale, save it, reuse it.
Voters and spectators are free forever. Only the organizer pays, and one seat covers the whole team.
The free tier is genuinely usable - real-time voting, unlimited voters, Slack & Discord slash commands, guest access (no sign-up to join). The Organizer plan adds the integrations, async mode, exports, analytics, and retros.
It's been running my own team's estimations for a while now and it finally stopped getting in the way. Would love to hear what's missing for yours - especially around imports, async, and which tools you'd want us to plug into next. Ask me anything 🙌
